Our Rooms
All our rooms have been conciosuly designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, to suit a variety of needs and budgets.
Private and shared rooms are available depending on your preference and type of retreat.
Finca Mia offers luxury and eco lodging options with include private or shared bathrooms repsectively and an array of unique amenities, just as unique as each of our rooms.
GARDEN SUITE

Our newest addition to the farm is the immersive Garden Suite. Feel part of the jungle with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors to open the room to the jungle and plant paradise beyond. Unique art pieces adorn the wall, high ceilings and large windows give the Garden Suite a light a spacious feeling.
This is a large room studio with a Queen and a twin-sized bed, a sofa area with views of nature and private bath. It is situated high on the property on the ridge, near the gardens.
STAR CABIN

The Star Cabin is located at the highest point of the farm with starry skies and a tucked-away location, yet steps to the yoga shala. This spacious cabin has a Queen-sized bed in the main room and a small child's room with a twin bed. There is a well-equipped kitchenette with a midsize fridge and gas stove, high ceilings, and big windows that open out to the patio.
Enjoy time relaxing in the yard and taking in the lush greenery and vistas.
honeyMoon Cabin

The Honeymoon Cabin is one of the most luxurious villas available to guests on our enchanting mountain farm and retreat center.
A spacious covered deck is equipped with a full kitchen that overlooks green jungle foliage along the banks of the rushing Rio Talari.
A comfortable king size bed looks out to the river and an additional single bunk bed is tucked up in the giant boulders that stand boldly inside the cabin, bringing the outside landscape in.
This cabin does include a private bath
purple palace Master Suite

One of our most loved jungle hideaways, the Purple Palace is a delightful and majestic villa featuring two private suites, a master and junior; an outdoor lounge, a mini-kitchen, and an exquisite private outdoor bath, including a bathtub. The view overlooks freshwater spring ponds and the Rio Talari.
The Master Suite is appointed with a Queen-size bed, a single bed, and an office nook.
Purple Palace Junior Suite

The Junior Suite in the Purple Palace shares the same luxurious lounge, mini-kitchen and outdoor bath as the master.
The privacy of the Junior Suite hosts a full-size double bed and is ideal for a couple or individual.
The room features a writer's desk, shelving for storage, and a reading corner. This room hosts luscious jungle views and is a stone's throw away from the Rio Talari.
Bamboo cabin

This Bamboo Cabin is tucked into the jungle at the foot of a magical stone pathway and a skip away from the river dipping pools.
Enjoy beautiful tropical views from your room equipped with a full-size bed, a single bed, a cozy reading corner, a roomy shelving closet, and a private bath with a hot shower.
Sunrise Cabin

Enchanting and elegant, the Sunrise Cabin is a cozy jungle retreat for two. The Sunset Cabin is for those who delight in the sights and sounds of nature. Named for its transfixing views of the sunrise and songs of the birds, it’s a spectacle to wake up here.
With a king-size bed (or two twins), a private attached bath, and panoramic views of the tranquil jungle, its a pleasure to stay here. Views are accessible through beautiful French windows and a private patio leading to a courtyard and fire pit. The Sunrise Cabin is its own paradise.
Treetop Suite High

Treetop Suite hosts two separate cabins each with its own entrance, private bath, and a king-size bed (or two twins).
This cabin is carefully tucked away in the branches at the heart of Finca Mia.
From Treetop High, the breathtaking sunset views can be observed as the sun fades down the valley. Only a few short steps away are the Yoga Deck and La Cocina.
Treetop Suite Low

Treetop Low is situated in the Treetop Suite cabin.
Treetop Low is a haven nestled in the branches at the center of Finca Mia. This cabin features a personal entrance, a full and twin-size bed, a writer's desk overlooking the pool, and a private bathroom.
Beautiful sunset views over the Los Angeles valley can be observed from the room.
Horse Cabin

Located atop the hill of the farm, the charming Horse Cabin sits among the flourishing gardens with gushes of sunlight and green jungle mountain views.
Enjoy the sounds of the coyotes in the evenings from this spacious cabin with a king-size bed (or two twins), writer's desk, and private bath.
yoga house master suite

The Yoga House is situated below the yoga deck found in the upper heart of Finca Mia.
The two bedrooms in the house share a large wet room with walk in shower. There is a shared living area and front porch.
The Master Suite hosts a large bedroom with a king and full-size double bed to sleep up to four and the attached wet room and walk-in closet. This cabin is handicap accessible.
Alex's Cabin

This charming and secluded cabin is located at the end of a peaceful river trail perched upon the hillside.
Roll away the canvas panels to enjoy the panoramic views and sounds of the jungle and Rio Talari from your pillow.
The Master Room features a full size double, while twin bed are nestled below in the downstairs nook. Complete with a private balcony and bath to make your retreat complete.
River Cabin

The River Cabin hosts a full-size double bed, which makes it perfect as a cozy retreat for one or a couple.
The highlight of the River Cabin is that it is located by the river.
With the Rio Talari just steps from your door, lush jungle foliage echos bird songs through out the day surrounding the cabin with music. A jungle trail leads to shared bath with a hot shower.
Note: The path to the River Cabin is steep.
Glamping
Eco Lodging | Private or Shared | Shared Bath
Glamping or luxury camping is available on the farm. Enjoy all the amenities at Finca Mia while camping in style and living amongst the Costa Rican nature.
Tents in a variety of sizes are equipped with comfortable mattresses (king or twins), bedding and towels.
Feel close to the mother earth as you relax and recoup.
Access to the shared bath and hot showers are a short walk away.
